Failure to complete KYC within the period specified by win886 may result in suspension of your Account and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of win886 is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. win886 does not make representations regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction. If you are uncertain about the applicable law in your location, you should seek independent legal advice before registering.

You are solely responsible for the security of your win886 username, password, and any SMS verification codes associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. win886 will never ask you for your password by any means of communication. Any activity conducted through your Account using valid credentials is deemed to have been conducted by you and will be treated accordingly for all purposes, including settlement of wagers.

You may request closure of your win886 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any remaining PKR Balance will be settled in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Section 5. Accounts subject to pending KYC verification or active bonus wagering requirements may be subject to a brief processing period before closure is finalised.

win886 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, where win886 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account is being operated in breach of these Terms, is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the Account would expose win886 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk. In the event of closure due to verified fraudulent activity, win886 reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance in its entirety.

win886 supports the following PKR payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Payment method availability may vary from time to time. win886 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods without prior notice.

The minimum deposit on win886 is PKR 100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as published on the Platform's cashier page at the time of the transaction. win886 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits without prior notice.

You may only deposit funds that legitimately belong to you and are free from any claim by a third party. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting payment from a third party to fund your win886 Account, is strictly prohibited. win886 applies anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring to all transactions and reserves the right to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities.

Withdrawal requests are processed by win886's payments team following completion of any applicable KYC verification and confirmation that all active wagering requirements on the Account have been satisfied. win886 may at any time, at its reasonable discretion, limit the maximum bet size, maximum winnings, or total exposure on any game, market, or event. Such limits may be applied globally, per event, or per individual Account, and do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on win886 and will result in Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC processes.
• Operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or under any alias or third-party identity.

All content on the win886 Platform — including but not limited to the win886 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, data, text, and other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of win886 or is used under licence from respective rights holders. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in win886's intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, or create derivative works from any win886 Platform content without the prior written consent of win886. Scraping, data mining, or automated extraction of data from the Platform is expressly prohibited.

win886 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a win886 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

win886 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required to provide the Platform's services, comply with legal obligations, or prevent fraud and financial crime.

win886 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond win886's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features.

win886 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, power outages, or other technical circumstances outside the Platform's infrastructure that affect your ability to place or settle bets.

win886 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, win886 will provide notice to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than 7 calendar days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of win886 after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming licensing standards applicable to win886's operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of win886, you agree to contact win886's support team in the first instance to seek informal resolution.

If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be escalated through win886's formal complaints procedure, details of which are available from the support team. win886 will endeavour to respond to formal complaints within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Pakistani law, to the extent those rights cannot be contractually excluded.
